The 2026 World Cup is going to be massive — 104 matches across three countries, and for the first time, 48 teams battling it out. That's a lot to keep track of, and frankly, I can't be bothered scrolling through apps or bookmarking random websites every time I want to check a fixture. World Of Wallcharts reckons their £8.99 wall chart is the answer, promising everything you need on one A1 poster.
I've spent time going through the features and what other buyers are saying about similar tournament charts from this UK-based company. The concept is sound — stick it on the wall, fill in results as you go, and never miss a match. But does the execution live up to the promise, or are you better off with a digital solution?
The World Cup Wall Chart 2026 arrives folded down to A4 size, which is handy for posting but means you'll need to flatten it out once it's on the wall. It's a single-sided A1 poster covering all 104 matches, and that's genuinely comprehensive. The layout includes group tables where you can write in results, track wins, draws, losses, goals for and against — the full statistical breakdown that makes following a tournament properly engaging rather than just passive viewing.
What sets this apart from a basic fixture list is the UK focus. All kick-off times are converted to British time, and they've included TV channel information. That sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how many tournament charts leave you guessing whether it's 3pm or 8pm when teams kick off in different time zones. The knockout bracket grows in size as the tournament progresses, which is a nice touch that makes the latter stages feel appropriately important.
The write-in results tables are where this chart either becomes brilliant or ends up gathering dust. Each group has space for the full league table format, and there's room to track the Golden Boot and Golden Glove winners. If you're the type who enjoys filling in results and watching the table take shape, this works well. The paper quality needs to handle repeated writing and erasing though, and that's where some similar products have fallen down in the past.

The knockout flow is clearly laid out, making it easy to follow teams from the group stage through to the final. They've included a World Rankings table too, though obviously that's accurate only at time of printing and will be somewhat outdated by the time the tournament kicks off in summer 2026.
Along the bottom, you get images and details of the stadiums being used across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. It's a nice touch that adds context beyond just fixture lists. The stadium capacities are included, which is the sort of detail that comes in handy during pub conversations about which venues are hosting the biggest matches.
Being designed and printed in the UK means the layout understands what British football fans actually want to know. The emphasis on UK kick-off times and TV channels shows they've thought about the practicalities rather than just copying an American fixture list.
At £8.99, you're not getting premium poster quality paper. It does the job, but don't expect the sort of thick, glossy finish you'd get from a more expensive print. The folding also means you'll have permanent crease lines, which some people find distracting on wall displays.

More significantly, the information is only as good as what's available at printing time. TV channel listings can change, kick-off times occasionally get shifted, and by 2026, some of the stadium or team information might be out of date. That's not really the manufacturer's fault, but it's worth considering if you're someone who gets annoyed by outdated details.
If you prefer physical charts over digital apps and enjoy the ritual of filling in results, this delivers solid value for £8.99. The UK-focused approach with converted kick-off times and TV listings is genuinely helpful. Just don't expect premium presentation quality, and accept that some details might need updating closer to the tournament.
